If a payment is debited from your account but not received by us, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider within a few business days. If delayed, please contact us at venqueglobalprivatelimited@gmail.com.
You may request cancellation before service completion or order fulfillment. Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the portion of service already used/delivered.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Typical processing may take 8 to 10 working days, depending on banking channels.
